With a background as a professional screenwriter, I bring a strong narrative sense to my editing. Every video, even the most humble, tells a story. Momentum, rhythm, set-ups that pay off and satisfy, creating an emotional journey — are all required skills for a good storyteller of any stripe.
Tools
An Apple Certified Master Pro in the full suite of Studio applications — Final Cut, Motion, DVD Studio Pro, Soundtrack and Color — I am also proficient in After Effects and Photoshop. At every stage of post-production, from import and editing, through color and sound correction, to DVD mastering and encoding for the web, I offer both creative skills and technical expertise.
I also offer producing services. Working with one person or a small team from the start helps assure quality and creative consistency in a project. As your editor, I'll know the shots we'd love to have. As your producer, I'll make sure we have them.
